Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
UK Delivery
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.99, 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Express UK Delivery: £6.99, 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Free Standard UK Delivery on orders of £50 or more
International Delivery
- European Union: £14.99
- Other countries we ship to (including the United States and Canada): £14.99
International delivery times vary by destination. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.
