Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your TVP purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, contact us at info@tvpcollection.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window
You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send the item back. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original, unopened packaging with any hygiene seal intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on personal care tools (including nippers, scissors, and razors) once the packaging seal has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at info@tvpcollection.com with photos of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, including return postage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind: return postage is at your own cost
  • If the item is faulty or we made an error: we cover return postage

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank/card provider may take longer to show the funds.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care tools with broken/opened hygiene seals (unless faulty)
  • Any item marked as final sale at time of purchase
